721 Buttonwood Home is a project conceived with the idea of attuning modern Miami’s attractive contemporary architecture into one of the most beautiful gated communities in the city – Bay Point.
This project is part of an investment portfolio held by a company that develops real estate projects in countries such as Ecuador, Colombia, and the US; standing out as a flagship project within the company’s Luxury Houses.
From the hands of the prestigious Miami-based architect, Victor Rodriguez, and with the participation of Adriana Hoyos’ interior design team, came about the magical transformation of a classic 1960s structure into a sophisticated and acutely modern residence.
Inês Martins was actively involved in both the construction of the home as well as its decoration to ensure that the project would transpire a sense of balance and harmony within its living spaces.
Glass, exposed steel columns, valentinomarble floors throughout, as well as details in fine woods, Italian closets and kitchen cabinets are some of the elements that harmoniously blend into the exquisite and luminous spaces.
This 5250 sq. ft. home, double sq. ft. from the original floor plan, is now considered to be a completely new construction, predominated by open spaces with double-height ceilings in the main living room in addition to monumental floor-to-ceiling windows.
This project’s conceptualization gravitates around the harmonic interplay between transparency and natural light, creating a visual experience corresponding to a vibrant and changing world both indoors and outdoors.
Everything harmonizes, giving a sense of tranquility and conformity; feelings taken from the philosophy of design that inspires Inês Martins.
